As some of you may already know, Vainglory has recently changed from being a 3v3 game into a 5v5 game, giving us the opportunity to expand and improve our Vainglory roster for the upcoming Vainglory Premier League (VPL)! First, we would like to announce that longtime captain Michael ‘FlashX’ Valore has stepped down from his starting position on the roster, but will be staying with TSM as the team’s manager. Additionally, Lechaun ‘VONC’ Jiao will be departing from TSM, and we would like to take this moment to thank him for his hard work over the past year and wish him well for his future endeavors.
In light of these changes, we’re very pleased to announce that Raul ‘Chuck’ Montano will be staying on as our mid laner and that we have signed a total of five more players to join him to form the new and improved TSM Vainglory. The new roster is as follows:
Hami is the most veteran of our new players, having played competitively for a year and a half for Vertigo Black and Rogue before joining TSM, having a strong reputation for his mechanical prowess within the game. ShadedTalent, CozZ, and Tiv0 are joining us from Vision Gaming where they took 1st place in the 2017 Autumn Challenger League which earned them a spot in the VPL. ShadedTalent was the Captain of his previous team as well, known for being exceptionally skilled on Lance and Churnwalker. CozZ is considered by many to be a young prodigy, having a deep hero pool and being extremely skilled in most aspects of the game. Tiv0 is the older brother of CozZ and a highly skilled player as well, but chooses to act as a substitute and help CozZ and the team harness their strengths and build on their weaknesses. Last, but not least, Daniel is joining TSM fresh out of solo queue, best known for playing off-meta heroes to counterpick his enemies’ weaknesses.
“I’m honored to be given the privilege to play under TSM. Like most of us I played a lot of games growing up, one of them being LoL and watching pros play was super enjoyable and continually amazed me. I just never thought that I would be where I am now, especially coming from the countryside where I had to go to a sub/pizza shop and leech off their WiFi to play Vainglory. I’m honored and grateful for my past teams putting in the effort they did in helping me get to where I am now and even more grateful for this current team. We’re gonna be putting in that good work and we’re so pumped to see how far we can go.”

Together with Chuck, we are confident in the amount of talent gathered in this roster. We’re extremely excited to see what our team can achieve together, and look forward to the start of the VPL. We hope that our fans will join us in giving these newcomers a warm welcome to the TSM family!
“I am very excited to continue competing for TSM and I am really looking forward to playing with our new players. I feel there is a lot of untapped potential with this roster, and we are only gonna improve as a team. I look forward to be competing in the upcoming VPL and hopefully being the team to represent North America at the Vainglory World Championship in the future!”
